Tapirly LLC ("we", "us") operates StockRivalry. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

• Account data — email address and display name when you register.
• Usage data — contest activity, picks, and interactions within the app.
• Purchase data — transaction records from App Store / Google Play (processed by Apple/Google; we do not store payment card details).
• Analytics — aggregate, anonymized usage events to improve the product.

How We Use Your Data

• Provide, maintain, and improve StockRivalry.
• Send transactional notifications (contest updates, price alerts) if you have opted in.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the app (hosting, analytics, payment processing) and as required by law.

Data Retention & Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Profile > Settings screen or by emailing privacy@stockrivalry.com. Security

We use industry-standard measures (TLS, hashed credentials, access controls) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.

Children

StockRivalry is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
